Progressively since 1969, the Entech in-house manufacturing
facilities have been expanded and enhanced to provide the
comprehensive range of machinery necessary for the production of
custom-designed products and high quality sheet metalwork
fabrications.
In addition to specialised machines for the manipulation of double-curvature components such as curved aerofoils, cutting and bending up to 4 metres, combined with CAD/CAM punching, highly coded welding, and advanced assembly techniques, allow the manufacture of almost any building component within our range.
A 7 metre capacity beadblasting unit, combined with several smaller
units and overhead powered handling gantries, provide the facility
for the surface preparation of steelwork fabrications up to 4 to 5
tonnes in assembled weight and down to the smallest components in
the structure.
A dedicated processing line, including 7-stage pre-treatment baths, electrostatic and airless spray equipment, and an in-line stoving oven, allow the rapid finishing of components and fabrications prior to packing and despatch.
The complete facility is experienced and practiced in mobilising for large increases in capacity demand to respond to the fluctuating requirements of fast-track projects when time is of the essence.
